Pattern Test: Stitchwerx Designs Lane Raglan Tee & Tunic and Essential Leggings

A couple of weeks ago, I was given the opportunity to test 2 patterns from a new-to-me designer, Stitchwerx Designs. Kim offers a variety of PDF patterns in her Etsy Shop - from Coffee Cup Cozies, to Dog Sweaters, to Children's clothing & accessories! She offers sewing patterns as well as crochet patterns.

I was selected to test 2 of her new children's patterns, the Lane Raglan Tee & Tunic and the Essential Leggings, which will both be released tomorrow, November 26! It was so much fun testing these 2 patterns! I have sewn with knit fabric on a few occasions but I'm not a pro by any means, so it's always good to go a little out of my comfort zone every once in a while. Keep reading for an in depth review of the patterns and to find out about Stitchwerx Design's huge SALE coming up!

Pattern Test: Made for Mermaids Hooded Capelet

I had the privilege of testing a new pattern coming out from Made for Mermaids! If you haven't heard of Made for Mermaids, Megan is a newer pattern designer in the PDF world. She released the first of her Everyday Princess Collection patterns back in September and now has 4 Everyday Princess Patterns available, plus 2 dolly patterns. I love the concept of the Everyday Princess Collection - they are adorable character based dresses that are comfortable and practical enough to be worn everyday. What more could a sewing mama of a toddler girl want!?

This Monday, Made for Mermaids will be releasing their newest pattern from the Everyday Princess Collection- the Hooded Capelet! Read more about the pattern after the jump!
